GFC Contracting uses the online tools available through The Blue Book: BB-Bid and Vu360
They are free, easy to access and simple to use. If you’re not familiar with how they work, spend some time with their online tutorials and you’ll see how efficient they are.
To register by fax, select “fax” from the pull-down menu and enter your fax number. Press “go”. A Secret Password will be faxed to you within minutes. When the Welcome page is displayed, complete the form and add your Secret Password.

President Linda Whitener is Chair of Hispanic Contractors Association de San Antonio (HCAdeSA)—which supports the educational advancement and growth of the Small, Minority, Women Owned contracting community through educational and training programs for members.
